Soundtoys PanMan crashes MOTU 828x

Hi guys,

Every other time I’m inserting the Soundtoys’ PanMan there is a loud pop in the speakers and the main meter on the 828’s front panel is overloaded.

I have the same problem on my both computers:
MacMini i7/Mojave + Logic Pro (MOTU connected via USB)
iMac 2013/El Capitan + Pro Tools (MOTU connected via thunderbolt)

828’s firmware is up to date.

Any ideas you might be able to provide will be greatly appreciated.
