I find I just prefer working in Falcon as well. I think also the GUI just is more pleasant. Also it seems there are too many places in Kontakt where the fonts are just tiny and the GUI is not very attractive.

Hi all
I hope everybody is doing fine

I'm trying to set up a simple free sampler on mac for a friend...
( Macos 10.12.6 )

Sforzando seems to be running pretty well.
but there is the 'import libraries' situation
to soundfont.

Polyphone is nice to create soundfonts...
Björns SampleMapper and his EXS2SFZ help to...

Kontakt 5.3.1 on OSX 10.7 will import AKAI
but not on higher OSXs...
Apple seems to have blocked this on 10.8 and upwards...

Re: Translator...
I'm checking out Translator 6 free,
but it want's me to be connected online, to run it....
I understand it needs to be online to get / submit code,
but to run ?
Will a full Translator also need online connection ?

All hints and real world experiences re: Translator are welcome !

Best
