How to go to the start of a track by shortcut ?

Also is there any where I can learn more shortcuts?

The 1 key on the numeric keypad. You may have to hit it twice if you have memory cycle engaged. Shift-L will show you all the available commands. Shift-spacebar will bring up the command search feature - i.e. on your go to beginning question, shift-spacebar and type rewind or transport.
