Basic Orchestral Scoring Tutorials

Before I go trolling the web, I was wondering if there were any basic orchestral scoring/templates/tutorials for MachFive3, Symphonic Instrument 1.1.3
and DP10? I do not have Vienna Ensemble Pro.

While I don't think you'll find tutorials related to this specific suite of software, there are great resources that can be extrapolated to your present setup. I'd start with

David Das has some GREAT videos online. I know him... great guy. I was watching his video on the best choir VIs a couple nights ago.
