Hey Guys,
Something odd happened in DP recently, and a bunch of plug-ins stopped working in my mixes.
When I try re-enable those plug-ins inside Preferences, I get a "can't get core function pointer" error.
How can this be fixed, and why would this issue just suddenly appear?
Dana

You've tried restarting I assume? It happened with me on Mojave but a restart fixed it. Have not tried Catalena on my laptop yet.

Re: "can't get core function pointer" error
This is a frequent complaint for Logic. Apple support boards generally focus on iZotope plugins that need to be updated. Don't know if that's the case here.
Of course, try a reboot first. If your plugs are hosted on a remote drive, that should do it. Other things to try are a) booting your Mac in Safe Mode, then shutting down and rebooting and b) re-starting DP in Safe Mode, quitting then restarting. In both cases, this is done by holding the Shift key and rebuilds any corrupted paths.
