DP lite 10.13, MOTU M2, Win64 Thermonuclear workstation.
Respectfully, I was not aware DP/MOTU is/are so Mac-centric.
I have adored MOTU since my parallel port Express XT
After reading MANY posts in MANY locations and scrutinising the relevant sections in the user manual.....
I have click set to:
Accented: _Kalimba_C3.wav
Normal: _Kalimba_C4.wav
Always Click: ticked
Audition Click: ticked
Monitor outputs the same as my instruments which are audible.
= NO audible click/metronome Could someone please advise how to get it working.
I *should be recording right here, right now.
I do understand the reasoning for this hoo-haa, but this ludicrous issue has the potential to be a deal breaker.
Click gone walkies?

Arrright!
Set click to ProgData/MOTU/plug-ins/Model12/Samples/_electronic Set Model 8/cl.wav (clave).
Whereupon the click assignment sample/s will "sound" repeatedly in the Preferences and Settings/Click options window whilst open.
That was incredibly frustrating.
Some files were audible when selected while others were not.
