Themes not working - cannot change - all greyed out

Post by rosindabow »

Trying to change the theme in DP10.11 Go to preferences, select Display then Themes and everything is greyed out and it is stuck on Medium Light. Restarted DP, no help. Anyone ever have this happen? Any ideas how to get this working again? Thanks.

What Theme are you trying to switch to? If its an older or 3rd party Theme, or one you customised, these may not work fully in DP10. But until you say what one does not work I can't help you.

If its a DP10 Theme, they may need re-installing. But this sounds like an older Theme to me so far.

It must have not installed the Themes properly first time around - a re-install usually does it!

No - this was not a new install. Some file must have been corrupted - I have been running DP constantly for years and have never seen this happen before. And the more I thought about it, the more I realized that a few other things had not been working correctly as well. The re-install got rid of the corrupt code and everything is running smoothly again (for the moment). Thanks!
