Is there a way to show selection duration as real time?

Is there a way to show selection duration as real time? I can't find anything but measures, beat and ticks in the Selection Information window.

Look to the right of the selection times. It should show total of the selection.

Look at Time Formats in the Setup Menu (or ctrl-alt-t). You can change your main ruler to Real Time and that will be shown in all the other windows, events, etc.

I gave up on email notifications a long time ago. I set my bookmark to VIEW UNREAD POSTS. It’s so much easier and faster.
