Mach Five 3 Wrong Outputs for Recording

I've just encountered an error when I went to record a bass line using MachFive 3. I selected OUT 2 in MachFive, but when I select the track to record it, the inputs are one off. Instead of it saying "3-4", it says 4-5. In fact in "Bundles", all of the MachFive outputs are saying "4-5, 6-7, etc. So I'm only getting only one side of a stereo track. Didn't have that problem before and my other files don't have that problem. Any suggestions???
