Composer of "Flute Cocktail"?

Since many of the members of this message board are composers themselves, hopefully you can point me in the right direction. I am trying to find the name(s) of the composer of the song "Flute Cocktail", which was recorded by guitarists John Pisano and Billy Bean. Multiple searches have turned up the song itself, the album cover, etc. but not specifically the composers. There is a song with the same title written and recorded by bassist Oscar Pettiford, but that's not the same song! I have even tried emailing John Pisano himself, but the email bounced back. Can anyone suggest a website which might contain this information? Thanks in advance!

You could search the library of Congress (LOC.gov) for the title.

Thank you for the suggestion, Michael! Turns out, a friend of mine (that just got back to me) purchased a foreign pressing of the album in question just last week! The composer is listed as Bill Potts.

Really? I found at least 12 compositions titled Flute Cocktail but none by Bill Potts. Are you looking for this one instead?

I searched Bill Potts after not finding a Flute Cocktail with his name on it..

I research these databases and the LOC on a regular basis.

What a trip! In a document called the "Catalog of Copyright Entries: Third series", I saw this.
