The Hormeli appear after the last post in a thread. Sometimes. You all are way off topic. Only MLC answered my question. So I guess Hormels is the answer then. Everyone knows chili with Hormels is way out of line.

On OS X, Safari and Chrome have been working fine for me on this board. Chrome is a lot faster.James Steele wrote: the auto login issue when using Safari and certain OSX browsers has plagued many phpBB boards.
Just to get back on topic, the ad agency for Hormel must have the toughest job there is. Does Spam still taste like soap?

On top of that, it's SPAM spam.

Re: Hormel Chili Tapatalk ads
Maybe that's because we're on Yosemite. It could be the issue is resolved. I haven't had this issue when I used Safari on my studio machine which is also running 10.10.2. I have seen ads mixed in with topics when I visit this forum via Tapatalk... at least on my iPhone. They actually look like other topics. I saw one about Ford trucks and thought it might be spam, but it was inserted by Tapatalk and not posted on this actual site.MIDI Life Crisis wrote:FWIW, on my Mac auto log in is working 99% of the time. Tapatalk always logs in automatically and I never see ads if i go directly to this forum. I wish Tapatalk worked for Facebook.
When I have time, I will have to go over to the Tapatalk site and log in as administrator of this forum and see if there is a setting to opt-out of these ads. You'd thing there would be.

It definitely has been better since going to an Intel machine a few years ago. But online videos are terrible. Stutters. Stalls. So annoying.

Ok, Beanless chili is gone this morning. Back to mundane basketball. At least these appear after the last post on a TT thread not in the middle.

Re: Hormel Chili Tapatalk ads
I figured out how to turn this off. I guess Tapatalk started an advertising program and opted forum owners in by default. It's turned off now. Although I think I made a whopping $14 over the last 6 months or so. The ads are going bye-bye... along with my $24/year.
