I wish MOTU would add an X and Y MIDI solution to that joystick one !!!!!!Aramis wrote:Have you found a way to use the Magic Pad to move the puck ?stephentayler wrote:I agree that the iPad solution is not great - Magic trackpad actually works better!

I have installed Hear demo and I cannot find the way to send 5.1 busses to its input to test itBKK-OZ wrote:No. I bought it almost the same day that DP8 arrived.Aramis wrote:Did you try Hear ?
Decided, having just invested in upgrading my RAM (32Gb), to make the jump to 64bit right then and there.
I thought Hear was 64 bit, alas, it is not.
I don't want to go back and forth between 32-64bit, so I will have to wait until they finish updating to 64 bit. I wrote them, they kindly got back to me, saying "...soon...".
If you have managed to get it to load, try setting the outputs to a surround bundle first, and see if that permits a surround input.Aramis wrote: I have installed Hear demo and I cannot find the way to send 5.1 busses to its input to test it

Hey Stephen , I am trying to use my Magic pad again to control my puck in surround and something is buggy!!!! Sometimes I got the puck to follow my finger and I cannot get it back to follow it all the time .stephentayler wrote:I find it works if I position the pointer over the puck, then double-click and hold.
Maybe it's the way I have the trackpad set up - I don't use it much to be honest, I generally prefer the Magic Mouse, but this is great.
best solution yet!
