Thanks for the kind words.
Personal problems aside, getting into debates over the wording
of a petition to Motu about optimizing DP became really irritating.
I just lost interest, (and realized getting annoyed this easily signaled
it was time for a break)
I turned off the computer for a bit, broke open my old Tascam 4 track,
and started to work through a few projects on it.
No plugin problems, no "looking at sound", just having a bit of fun
working on some sound design projects, and playing guitar very badly.
My metronome was a tapping foot..very low tech.
Since boonier took the time to start this petition, I figured the least I could do was respond to it.
For people like Timeline, James and Shooshie (and many others), I hope to one day have the opportunity
to by you guys a beer (or whatever) as a way of saying thanks for learning alot about not just the technical nature of
recording, but the "art" of it as well.
I think I'll keep my posts to a minimum though
Oh and RCory.. "who am I?" nobody special.
Thanks guys
Stephen Falk
