Ricoh has their own IEEE 1394 port drivers, so you might try installing or using that.

If that doesn't get ya where ya need to be, (assuming Windows 7), then just set the IEEE 1394 port to use the driver with Legacy in its name. It is already on the system as part of Win7. Just use Device Manager to do it - devmgmt.msc.

Any further help needed, just say the word.
