I've been trying to do what I thought was a simple process...assign an external MIDI controller to a parameter in one of my third party AU plug-in fx. The AU is inserted to an audio channel in the mixer. The AU doesn't provide me with a "right click" option for MIDI learn, so I'm trying to figure out a way to do it manually.
If I look in the "Insert" list on the audio channel, I can find the parameter on the AU plug-in...but I can't figure out how to assign the parameter to an external controller. Any suggestions?
I'm running DP 7.24. The AU plug-in is Fabfilter Saturn and the controller is an Akai MPK-mini.
