Routing Output to Input (2408)?

I'm using a PCIX-424 + 2408II on WinXP Pro and am trying to route output to an input without the use of a loopback cable, hoping to use the CueMix DSP routing capabilities. Is this possible and if so, how (I've read the manuals ... can't find what I'm looking for)?
