Hi,

Could someone please post the 64Bit Vista drivers for the MTP AV Parallel that where available from MOTU in late 2009.

Thanks, as there are many user who wish to use their old parallel MIDI MTP AV's with windows 64bit OS's.

Cheers

If I recall correctly, the older parallel MTP-AV was never compatible with 64-bit Windows.

OK... well does anyone have any idea why my drivers installer app crashed? And how I can manually uninstall the messed up drivers?

Is the system accepting a reinstall over the corrupt installation?
If so, do a full install (it should replace the corrupt files) and then, if you wish, do a proper uninstall.

After, reinstall again, a "clean" install. Hopefully without crashing.

If the system doesn't allow you to reinstall on top of the corrupt installation you should go to the registry and delete "Mark Of The Unicorn" and "MOTU" entries from both HKEY_CURRENT_USER and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE registry sections.
Also, look for MOTU folders in Program Files and delete them.

Then, do a clean driver install.

And return to the Forum to let us know about the forthcome of your situation.
Thankyou.

For the Motu Timepiece MTV AV parallel, these seem to be the page where the XP drivers are located for the Timepiece (lower on the page - the WDM drivers).

http://www.motu.com/download/download_m ... duct_id=16

As I think I understand, the USB & parallel versions may use the same drivers...? They do seem to also be for other Motu MIDI units as well.

[PS, for reference, was told by Motu, the USB version's manual also cover the parallel version.]

The drivers on the above link worked for my Motu MIDI parallel MTP AV Timepiece.

There certainly will be drivers for it. MOTU supports all its gear across both major OS brands.

It'll just be a matter of time, but shouldn't be too long, especially if W10 is embraced in numbers by audio folks.

Mac 2012 12C Cheese Grater, OSX 10.13.6
MOTU DP8.07, MachFive 3.2.1, MIDI Express XT, 24I/O
Novation, Yamaha & Roland Synths, Guitar & Bass, Kemper Rack

I've just hit this brick wall as well.

Upgraded to Windows 10 and the only device not working is my Traveler.

Strangely the CueMix app works and I can even see the audio level meters responding as per the hardware meters but Windows 10 cannot see the device.

Odd ...

Seriously, based on MOTU's past performance, I'd say you won't have to wait long.

Sure, that's why I incorrectly assumed they would already have support.
