60+ second delay on MIDI in

60+ second delay on MIDI in

I am experiencing a rediculously long delay from MIDI in to MIDI out on record enabled tracks: 60+ seconds!!!!!

The level indicators in the Tracks window show MIDI activity as does the MIDI Monitor window but nothing sounds until a minute later!

It gets more bizar: if I record MIDI data appears on the track 60 seconds later than the playhead but not quite as played.

Tracks recorded before this problem play fine.

What is going on!?

I tested my setup in CoreMIDI and it responds fine. I fired up GarageBand and it responded in time also.

Has anybody experienced this?

The problem is gone. Even though I rebooted, turned every perifrial off/on the problem persisted until I cycled the power on my MTPAV while DP was running.

Still don't understand it but I know what to try first next time. :D
