That I am not sure of. I think you should be able to edit your own posts and one of the options you might have is to delete it. I don't know what happens when you start a topic. Why don't you try now? :-)

Works if there is no replies. I guess that's a general rule on these.

Thanks

One more question please:

How can I find the old link?

Ex. http://www.unicornation.com/ubb/ultimat ... 1;t=001565
I replaced ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=001565
with phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1565 , but it came up with a different one.

It's very possible that in the conversion process that the topics were renumbered. You will have to do a search of this board using something you recall from that thread to find it. The old board still exists but permissions on the the file "ultimatebb.cgi" (not "ultimatebb.php") are changed so it will generate a 500 error and then show the error page that lets people know the site is moved. Simply running the old board could crash the server again, and my hosting provider did not take kindly to that. :-)

I am keeping the old bulletin board files for in place for a week or two simply so that if I need to, I can access the data, etc.
