Glitchy Waves 4.0 Plugins, anyone know why??

I'm using DP4.6 on a G5 2.3 ghz with Tiger. I shouldn't have any issues with processing, however when I use my Waves Diamond Bundle plug ins such as REQ2 (2 band eq) As I move around the parameters inside the plugin, there are very glitchy, not smooth like in Pro Tools, is there something in DP I need to change??

That's what this topic is all about. You need to set your buffer to 512 or higher for it to work right. When I complained to Waves about it, they said "get over it" in not so many words.
