Loading MSI sample data

I just opened my box and found one CD and one DVD.

How do you get 8 GB of data off one DVD?
What Else?

DIdn't buy SI, but I am guessing the data is compressed.

I suspect it is a dual layer DVD which can hold up to 9 GB of data.

Actually there is one 7.5 GB data file for MSI sounds

I did install MSI and the first step is is drag the 7.5 GB data file off and onto you storage disk. So, yes it is a dual layer disc.
