SYNPHONIC INTO MACHFIVE

Post by pirulo »

SYMPHONIC SOUND JUST GREAT!

BUT I CAN NOT FIND THE PROCEDURE TO PLAY THE SOUND INTO MACHFIVE! NOT IN THE MANUAL OR MOTU WEB PAGE

AND.... NO, IT IS NOT THE SAME PROCEDURE AS PLUGSOUND MODULES AND THE PLUGSOUND FREE TRICK DOES NOT WORK!

I AM USING THE (BLIND) RTAS /HTDM 1.2 VERSION IN TIGER

DOES ANYBODY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM?

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

I'm using MSi in DP 4.6 with MachFive 1.2.2b installed and cannot find a way to load the sounds in M5 either. The literature all but suggests that after loading MSi that the MSi.dat file contents will show up in MachFive. I don't see it. Has anyone had succes with this?

I'm pretty sure there's about to be a small update for MachFive (I don't mean M5 v2 of course!), to allow for MSI.

I can't seem to figure it out either, but haven't spent much time on it yet.

I was looking for the same thing... found it in the Mach5 manual. I don't have it in front of me but is something like... Create a new soundbank folder and in that folder put an alias of the MSI .dat file. The name has to exactly the same as the original.

Hope that helps
