How can I see my current Kit?

Post by @TierWun »

New to BPM. Just learning it... How can I see my current kit name?
I can see the current pattern, just not the current kit.

If you double click the bank button it will make the browser locate to the kit that is loaded. It also works on the rack parts.

Mind you, this will also reload the kit thereby removing any customizing you may have done to it, such as setting fx and the like.

yeah I didn't realize that about the kit reloading either! It would be cool to have a spot in the gui that shows what kit is on what bank at a glance, like we can see what's on each rack part. Maybe in the sequence window or above the pad bank.

It's all good though :) Minor cosmetic thing that doesn't hinder my beat making process at all.

I found out why double clicking the bank button reloads the kit. It only happens when auto load is on, which makes sense. Auto load applies anytime you increment or refresh the browser.
