Well, I don't know if you are aware of this!
It isn't an Hoax, I received that letter a few days ago.
Its wroten in French, and sorry if that info is redundant.

I don't speak or read french but it appears to be a domain name renewal scheme. I get these all the time. Pitch it unless it is from the people who hold your domain name.

In the USA, we also get similar letters stating that we MUST comply with certain "posting" rules for minimum wage and other things. Well, if you have employees, that's true. But not everyone has to and the mailers are only trying to sell you expensive (overpriced) posters you could print yourself for pennies.

There's a sucker born every minute. Maybe every few seconds these days!
