Industry Creating MSI Multis

Post by saxprof »

It seems to me that there could be a future from some exellent programmer in creating for re-sale or at least admiration, MSI Multi's which are just great for generic use in standard orchestrated files like:
••• Mozart Orchestra, no winds or tymp
Mozart Orchestra WITH winds and Tymp
working by half century, a programmer could now break the 16 instrument limitation, going all the way to modern times:
••• Then Jazz Band Orchestration could be tackled, (but those saxophone samples need to be improved)
••• Ethnic Bands, Klezmer, Dixie, Cuban, Tango
The Advanced area has enough decisions to be made about each channel of possible response and effects that a "programmer" ought to be the once co-ordinating the whole orchestra. That way people could derive a true improved "Re-Play" of their old files, while imagining new exploits of their full orchestral multis. I haven't read up on how "patch change and controller response is allowed for in MSI but therein lies an exponential addition to its use.
