Ultralite and Cubase 4 synch problems

hi there!

I just boughtt a Motu ultra lite for my PC .

I run Cubase 4 with internal clock, plug my MIDI keyboard directly to the Motu, easy!

Unfortunatly the synchronisation is very dodgy. it jerks all the time, does anyone knows why?
