What software to use with 869HD
I recently purchased a MOTU 869HD firewire unit with a set of yorkville YSM1P studio monitors. I am running windows XP pro and would like to know what i can use to I/O my unicorn to my computer. can someone please help me? Thanks, Cam.

I use Cakewalk's Sonar software... it works effortlessly and very intuitive.
I too checked out Reaper... it does look interesting... is there a free trail version anywhere to be found?

I am partial to SONAR and use SONAR5 Producers Edtion...
That REAPER program looks pretty sweet. Seems pretty intuitive and very light...might be worth the $40 to see how it stacks up to a more well known DAW app like SONAR or Qbase or even pro-tools...
