i'm running msi 1.1.3 as an rtas, using pro tools 7.3.3 le. installation works fine, but when i try to use an instance of the plug in from the mix window, there is a pause of about 10-15 seconds and then pro tools disappears. when i try to restart pro tools, it states that pro tools was not properly shut down and that i need to reboot the computer to run it again.
i've called tech support 3 times on aug 24th, and they haven't been able to solve the issue. i've also tried emailing tech support on aug 24th, and the last time i heard anything back from them was august 30th...
the program does load in stand alone mode, so i don't think this is an issue with the ilok.
i've also tried installing the vista beta software they have online...
here's some info about my computer:
pentium 4, 2.8GHz, 1GB ram, xp home with service pack 2.
any thoughts??? i'm totally at a loss...thanks! notso.
