Post by williemyers »

c'mon now guys, didn't our mums teach us to say "thank you" when someone did something nice for us?
a big "thanks" to Big Daddy and the folks at Big Blue Lounge for giving many Unicornationer's a place to querry/vent while this bb was down last week.
at least we didn't get barked at, like over on the phpBB board!

I'll second that. That's probably where we all should have gone instinctively in the first place, when Unicornation fell ill. You could think of it as a McGruff The Crime Dog safe house. :D Not sure if you've got 'em where you live, but I thought it was a cute analogy. Gimme a break, it's Saturday morning...EARLY!

You know, Big Daddy was one of U-nation's big guns a while back. I recall how incredibly helpful he was when DP 4 first appeared. I learned more about OSX through Big Daddy than I did from anyone else at that time because it was he who helped me get DP 4 going.

I regret not to have been among the ones to find his way over to Big Blue during the 'U-out', but I still cheer just knowing that Big Daddy continues to carry the torch for us all.

So now we know "who's your daddy", Frods.

Good call; he's a vet.
I used to follow his DP site, but it kinda dwindled:

Hope I didn't freak them out with my brief but furious poo-flingin' fest.

Thank you for having us, BBL; we sure do appreciate it.
