cue mix dsp and 24 i/o problem, please help...

hello all, on the way to digital heaven here's another wall...

I can't seem to find the 24 i/o in my config. any idea?
cue mix shows me only 8 in/outs and so does the hadware config device / audio bundle menu in audiodesk (it only "sees" the pci card but no 24 i/o).
I was also wondering about instal' procedures: i couldn't find anything related to a 24 i/o driver on the cds i got with my gear...

and, i can't find the setup wizard that should help me configure the 24 i/o... any idea why or where to find it? (to download or something... i didn't find anything on MOTU's website about that)

pleas help a stressed newbie if you can... i'm getting close to a project start deadline and i'm afraid i'll have to postpone... aaaaahhh!
