Express XT USB Setup

So confused. Here's my configuration:

The XT is connected via USB to my PC and SONAR 6, and clockworks is installed.

Yamaha MO8 keyboard/controller (plugged into XT 1 in and out)
Yamaha TG500 (sound module - plugged into XT 2 in and out)
Yamaha RM50 (drum module - plugged into XT 3 in and out)

I want to be able to control the TG500 and RM50 with the MO8.

How do I set this up in Clockworks? What do I click on in the Routings tab? And will that always stay that way or do I have to reset it each time?

Also, do I have to set anything else?
