I would like to offer this here first - I have to sell my fairly new (still as yet unregistered) MSI due to unforseen toddler expenses.

It comes with manual, serial #, and USB ilok with it already installed.

I bought it from musiciansfriend.com for @279.00. Will sell for $199.00 and I'll cover shipping if it's to the USA.

I am able to PayPal and have 100% positive ebay feedback.
