Two Way Communication 828mkii

HELP PLEASE


I am using my 828mkii as a sound card in my studio, (firewire) I have connected a mixer to it how do I establish 2 way communications with a analog mixer (Mackie 1402 VLZ Pro)mixer to soundcard and sound card to mixer ALT 3-4 Bus? Or is there another way?
