Motu Traveler with FL 6

Is there anybody with the Motu Traveler, WinXP and Fruity Loops 6 that become set the sample buffer lower then 1024 samples, 23ms.
I don't know what to do? Im Cubase SX 2 I can set it up to 128 samples and it works properly.
