Will Ivory 1.7 run in 64 bit?

I had Ivory 1.7 installed on an older drive and now want to install on my latest drive. I'd rather not spend $129 on an upgrade to Ivory II if the version I have will run in 64 bit, DP 8, OSX 10.9.5. Do any of you happen to know?

Sub-question: assuming I will need to upgrade - to anyone who has - did you feel the upgrade was worth the money?

I don't know if 1.7 will run but it won't show up in 64bit if 32bit only.

If you see it when DP 8 is in 32bit mode but not 64, that will tell you you need an upgrade and not to waste time testing anything else.

Thanks Mike. I was just trying to avoid loading a bunch of DVD's worth of data if it wasn't going to work. Plus opinions of the upgrade.
