That was truly cool! Do you suppose that guy worked those out on paper, then built them, or did he draw them in a 3-D CAD program and print them with a 3-D printer? Either way, it's ingenious, though I could see it happening a lot faster in a CAD program. Really great work. Did you look at the "ambiguous garage roof" video? It shows a lot more clues to the design.

So you're saying that that's not a mirror there? That's what I thought, at first. That wouldn't explain the 360º rotation of the first object. I decided the real explanation is far subtler and ingenious than that.
Shoosh, I'm pretty sure it was worked out on a 3D printer. Yes, it's a forced perspective kind of trick that's only visible from one angle in 2D. If you look at the objects when they rotate to 45º, you can just barely make out that the top surfaces of the objects are not flat. Jerry Andrus was the father of these kinds of illusions, and computer technology has been able to develop the concept to another level.
…string theory says that all subatomic particles of the universe are nothing but musical notes. A, B-flat, C-sharp, correspond to electrons, neutrinos, quarks, and what have you. Therefore, physics is nothing but the laws of harmony of these strings. Chemistry is nothing but the melodies we can play on these strings. The universe is a symphony of strings and the mind of God… it is cosmic music resonating through 11 dimensional hyperspace.

I know, I know! How they achieved total invisibility is beyond me. It's as if it's not even there! You simply cannot see it! MOTU has come up with the grandest illusion!
<——Looks like it hurts, but that's just an illusion. I feel nothing... nothing at all.
