Black Friday Deals?

Post by Babz »

Anybody snagging any cool Black Friday deals?

Here's a couple I've been eyeing...

- Toontrack has 3 products majorly discounted, in particular I'm looking at the Rock EZX expansion for $19.00. I even found a Sweetwater link to click on it from here at Motunation, which benefits our esteemed Admin, no doubt.

Synthmaster Player is an incredibly awesome synth with thousands of presets, currently 50-70% off. They have several different versions of it (everything from a player-only version with 1100 presets for $9 to various versions that include bundled expansion packs from their massive preset library). It's takes a few minutes to sort out the options, but time well spent for sure.

- Waves is giving away a FREE Trueverb (via email), and also offering discounted bundles along with the free plugin.

- Andrea from Pettinhouse just launched what looks like the best electric guitar VI he's ever done (HumbuckerGuitar 2.0) and is offering Black Friday deals on all of his products.

- A whole bunch of iOS apps are on sale, including Animoog (which is one of the best ) -- I already own it, but the current price of $9.99 is a steal.

- Fugue Machine is a brand new and truly innovative app that is kind of a multi-track arpeggiator that generates auto-fugue or canon counter melodies. http://alexandernaut.com/fuguemachine/

- Another app which makes unique use of the touch screen environment, and which is currently available at an extreme discount, is TC-11: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qkko4fBwHmY

- There are tons of other cool apps out there, too many to list, but including both Arturia and Korg apps, who make some of the best iOS synths. To highlight just one, Korg Gadget is one of my favorites. Here is a whole page of app sale links:

Anybody else finding any cool bargains out there? What are you guys looking at? I am surprised no one else has posted on this topic yet, so I thought I'd get the ball rolling ...

Best,

Plugin Alliance has several $9 deals (which are reduced even more if you buy more than one). I just picked up the De-Verb and EQ Rangers for about 7 bucks each! Total no brainer at that price!

There is an excellent thread here at KVR:

The OP is kept updated, so you don't have to scroll through a huge thread to find info.

There's an iOS app called MIDI Designer, which is usually $25, on sale for $9.

Along with its nearest competitor, TB MIDI Stuff, these apps let you build touch-screen MIDI control surfaces.
M1 MBP; OS 12, FF800, DP 11.3, Kontakt 7, Reaktor 6, PC3K7, K2661S, iPad6, Godin XTSA, Two Ibanez 5 string basses (1 fretted, 1 fretless), FM3, SY-1000, etc.
