Any Cakewalk or Sonar users in here??

Hello.

I have 4 simple MIDI sequences done with old Cakewalk (.wrk), and I need to make them a Standard MIDI File, so I can open them in DP.

I used to be able to do this from my ancient PC, but today it won´t even boot anymore. It just died...

I wonder if anyone could do me the little favor of opening them in Cakewalk or Sonar, and save them as SMFs for me? It´s a 3 minute thing.
If you can help, please let me know, and I´ll send you the files.
