Nothing has changed on my end that I'm aware of. Sounds like you're saying there's a problems with the link in the topic update notifications?

Might be but this is weird. The email notification that engendered this thread had this link in it: http://motunation.com/forum/viewtopic.p ... 1&e=510851 and now the email notification I got of your reply here had this link in it: http://www.motunation.com/forum/viewtop ... 2&e=510862James Steele wrote:Nothing has changed on my end that I'm aware of. I would try unsubscribing from a topic and resubscribing. I just did some tests on this and have not had any problems. I received email notifications and the links were working fine. If you want, forward the email notification that you received with the problem to me at "admin" at this domain as the email address.

I don't see the problem. Both links are working . The "www" is optional. It should not make a difference.

Re: domain name change for Motunation?
BTW, did YOU add all the "………" in that domain name? I misunderstood. I thought the notifications were messing up the actual link. The "www" is not necessary and not part of the actual domain name. http://www.motu.com takes you to the same place as motu.com and all links should work whether you have it or not. In fact, "www" is pretty much old school and passé today. But bottom line is that your links to topics in the email worked, didn't they? Was it just the lack of "www" in one of them that alarmed you and caused me to waste 30 minutes of my day testing topic notifications? LOLmusicman691 wrote:Has the domain name changed here?

Sorry if I wasted your time but I thought you'd want to know that there might be something going on that didn't seem right. Like why would things change in an email notification and then change back again? There had to be a reason but I guess you simply don't care about that.

Do the links work or do they not? If they work, then you're right. I "simply don't care." That's not being flippant, but the "www" or not simply doesn't matter. Thanks.musicman691 wrote:Yes I added the dots; I should have explained thatJames Steele wrote:BTW, did YOU add all the "………" in that domain name? I misunderstood. The links work. You may not call it flippant but in your responses but I certainly do. I thought there was a problem that you would want to know about so I mentioned it. I expected a bit more respect in your responses but that didn't happen.James Steele wrote:

Well, I guess you're absolutely entitled to your opinion. Like I said... the links work. It's not a big deal. Oh well.musicman691 wrote:The links work.
