I have a couple of their things, they have always been great on support.
One time, I couldn't figure out why my little TC01 compressor/pre wasn't working.
I sent it to them, at their expense, they shipped back to me, at their expense, with a nice little note that said 'You were trying to use a power supply from some other piece of equipment, please try to remember to use the power supply that came with the unit.'
Duh.

I'm unable to re-find a link for any of the articles I saw about Gibson Brands purchasing SM Pro Audio of Australia. As it isn't a brand I buy, it only registered mild attention and mention to co-workers, so I didn't post the link at the time. Hopefully customer support will remain high.
