So with all the flags the post remains. Are the flags now meaningless? It used to be three and it's auto-removed.

I think the threshold was higher than 3 and maybe they've raised it even more. I've noticed it's still there, too. :(

Well this is discouraging. If Craigslist has raised the threshold of "prohibited" flags so some ridiculous number, than it makes it pointless. The guy's ad really demonstrates just how out of control the problem is. Software pirates are all over Craigslist selling all kinds of apps... Music apps are just a small subset. They do so flagrantly, even posting their phone numbers. And NOTHING happens to them. Crime doesn't pay? I'd like to see one of these guys get his ass sued off by a developer since apparently law enforcement agencies have no time for this.

…string theory says that all subatomic particles of the universe are nothing but musical notes. A, B-flat, C-sharp, correspond to electrons, neutrinos, quarks, and what have you. Therefore, physics is nothing but the laws of harmony of these strings. Chemistry is nothing but the melodies we can play on these strings. The universe is a symphony of strings and the mind of God… it is cosmic music resonating through 11 dimensional hyperspace.

I know, right? I'm beginning to wonder just what the hell is the point if this is how craigslist is run. I like craigslist for certain things, but their service is being used for widespread piracy and these guys who post ads offering to install software on your computer for a free just post with impunity. It's a total joke. I may as well kill off the "flagapirate" list too, because for all I know it might take a HUNDRED "prohibited" flags to have any effect anymore. :(
