The two that I have are PianoTeq (via an add-on) and the one included in Mainstage (2 & 3).

Both seem good. But I'm not expert on clavs.

Sorry, I use MainStage but I can't trust any VIs included with it. Stuck notes and glitches EVERYWHERE. Kontakt works soundly, but their own VIs are just full of holes. They may sound great, but I'm not gonna risk using them. I've heard many others complain about this too. It may be a few specific culprits, but most of the ones I've tried gave me problems.

I've got Scarbee. I'm no Clavinet expert, in fact, I rarely use it... it's a difficult sound to work into a mix. I've heard a few amazing uses with it, my very favorite is an old Paul Winter Consort tune, "Sunwheel" that has a big Clav solo in the middle.

I've always wondered if the keyboard/"sax-ish" sound used in Smash Mouth's "Walkin' on the Sun" (not the Farfisa) was a heavily driven Clav. People seem to think it's a guitar (from the music video) but that's no guitar. Always sounded like a tanked Clav. If so, probably one of the only recent uses for the instrument in pop music.

Workin' my way through electric pianos. Always loved the Rhodes, starting to come around on the Wurli, Clav probably next, but that's a toughy.

I have Scarbee's too - it's good, but IMO SonicCouture's is significantly better. As always YMMV.
