Finding Delay Source Challenge!

I am trying to find what is creating a "random" delay in the onset of the sound in one MX-4 preset. Bank 273 2.0 Arpeggiate, Patch 2 [arp] 02. You'll need to switch off the HOLD on the arpeggiator.
It appears as if maybe there is an LFO free running, but I have:
Phase and rate synced them all
Set the start phase to 0
disbled any modulation of the Delay for all envelopes
Lag processor attack set to 0
But still there are times when not onset is definately delayed.
Anyone able to find the one (or minimim) reason?
