Controlling M5 3 parameters in Ableton live9 and Push2

What is the secret for controlling Machfive 3 parameters as a plugin in Ableton live9 and Push2?
I can not "learn MIDI" within M5 3 nor will any MIDI information show up in the configure window of Ableton for M5 3.
