before starting learning machfive script, i would like to know (if anyone knows ...) if there's a possibility to play with some "random" function or random modulation (for exemple, for a layer or for some keygroups to random some parameters )

I believe math.random is what you are looking for:

Also you can use random modulation without scripting (modulation -> other -> random) direct in Machfive.
