Cakewalk Command Center failing on 2017 iMacs

Post by mhschmieder »

I reinstalled to no avail; it crashes on launch every time, right after providing user name and password.

And to think I already lost a few hours less than a day before my MacPro died, updating my Cakewalk VI's (Rhapsody, Zeta2), with lots of pain (as always) then as well.

Their website isn't very helpful; it seems there is no way to change registration info (if that is the issue, when it detects new hardware) at their site.

I frequently get into chicken-or-egg and red-herring issues with Cakewalk Command Center, and I don't like having to re-download or re-install all Rhapsody libraries every time something changes in my system or they have a software update (or licensing change that invalidates an install).
