Nice! But is that reason enough to move to 10.12.1 from 10.11.6 (sans the last screwy "security" update)?

YMMV. Sierra fixed some things for me and broke others. My biggest gripe is that it broke MIDI networking. Fingers crossed that is fixed in the next update.

I'm gonna have to sit it out a bit longer. Several important projects underway in Dec thru May. I would hope that by than we'd see a few updates and fixes. I'm prepared to give up the ghost on some old software but do want to be cautious about starting to pay annually for some things, like Photoshop, et al.
