It just happened! We may see faster chips sooner than reported.
Steve Jobs is at it again.

For Virtual software dependant folks like us, this has got to be good news.

IBM selling it's PC division to Lenovo and Apple's sales numbers are in no way related- the PC market is totally open, and most PC Daws are not built by IBM/HP/DELL but rather custom builts.

IBM's Power platform is their server lineup- the old RS6000 Aix servers have matured a lot over the next decade, and Apple has benefited as a result. However, I'm not sure how the aforementioned sale could impact Power PC production?
