Resolved? Where did the Audio MIDI Setup output sliders go?
All I see now is a fiddly little button and direct numerical values. When did this change? Does anyone know how to get it back?

Which OS version? Mavericks looks the same as always on my system, as does Mountain Lion.

Weird. I just checked it again and I was going to post a screenshot, when everything was back to normal. All this on 10.10.2. Nothing to see here...move along.

This is an old issue. There was a thread on it. It was a setting IIRC, possibly the MOTU drivers were the issue. I just can't remember. I tried searching but couldn't find it.
