Yosemite has not provided the agony for me that it has for some others, however:

All good here as well (once I did a clean install). Thanks for the heads up. Installed and the Mac booted. :)

Facebook is still a train wreck when it comes to loading. No great loss.

That is among the rumored fixes -- we'll see. Speaking of train wrecks:

...and improve general stability in Safari...

...or just make it work. I confess to using it as little as possible anymore.

Here is the Combo Update for those of us who prefer to use it like I.

http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1786

Hmmmm.... Combo Update only works for those running 10.10 and not 10.10.1? Weird -- never seen that before.

For those who like to download, then install, 10.10.2 Updater is here:

http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1785

I still find it strange that the Combo Update works with 10.10 only.

I wonder if the Combo Updater issue is due to the extra digit in the main OS rev, which might trip up old code that determines update eligibility?

Could this be similar to the issue a few years ago when one of the cat family updates went to two digits; whereas Apple had always assumed they'd never have more than 9 updates per release?

Ridiculous. It's not a combo update then, by definition.

A rare one for you, Stoivo.

This friggin' apostrophe thing for anything plural (not in the above case obviously), has become an internet disease; it taunts me daily...

I'm sure in bayswater's case it was a typo, but I do, in some cases, find it seems appropriate for plural acronyms. Cd's comes to mind. Perhaps the rules should be changed in our ever evolving world of acronym's...errr acronyms.

I need to join AA (Acronyms Anonymous).

I might blame the spell checker. But I won't. I'll take a cold shower this morning.
